Growing up on an island in Thailand and watching my father in the kitchen, gave me a passion for cooking that has stuck with me as I traversed continents and cultures. From those relaxing days in the sun, to the cafe scene in Melbourne and now onto the hurried city dining of Hong Kong. Today, I enjoy bringing the traditional flavours of Thai street food, through a mix of traditional and modern techniques, to my family and friends, new and old. Expect family style eating with succulent meats straight from the grill, delcious dipping sauces and market fresh herbs and vegatables.
