About the Chef

Yasmin & Neil, both food and sweet lover and Just love to bake! Nothing beats the smell and taste of fresh bakeries coming out of the oven. Yasmin was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Vancouver, Canada. A Hockey Fan. She has been cooking for as long as she can remember and was always in the kitchen with her mother. As a Plant Scientist, a Landscape Designer and a MBA Entrepreneur; Yasmin discovered her true passion in baking and she believes that desserts are well-crafted balances of art and science. The SugarCube is a specialised elegant patisserie which provides unique range of products from customised birthday/wedding/corporate cakes/cookies to victorian/ glamorous classic style decor with event dessert corner catering.
