Born and raised in Thailand, Liden received her culinary training both in Thailand and in Switzerland. From 2003 to 2010, she learned to master her skills at the Berghotel Leiterli hotel in Lenk im Simmental, Switzerland. Becoming increasingly interested in Thai cuisine, she also took a Thai cooking class in Chiang Mai and a Thai carving class in Chiang Rai to brush up on her techniques.
Liden is the kind of chef who enjoys experimenting with new dishes. All the ingredients she uses are handpicked, to ensure the dishes are of the best quality and flavor.
