About the Chef

The "Science of Sushi" is a network of sushi enthusiasts passionate about our love for sustainable fish. We love opportunities to share our extensive sushi knowledge and hope to spark curiosity for roll making to all the uninitiated throughout the Bay Area.

Signature Dish

We specialize in the art of inside-out sushi rolls using fish such as Yellowfin Tuna (Wild, Philippines), Ocean Trout (Loch Etive Steelhead, New Zealand), as well as Kanpachi (Farmed, Hawaii, Baja).
