About the Chef

Food has been a passion of mine since childhood. As children, my Mother and Aunts worked in the Royal Grand Palace of Thailand as helpers and chefs. Growing up I used to help my Mother in the kitchen as much as possible. While attending college I took a part-time position at a friends Japanese Steakhouse as a Sushi Chef, where I learned the basic skills needed directly under the executive sushi chef. After college, I moved back to the Bay Area to join the Tech Industry as a Telecommunication / Hardware Engineer.
