You'll be making:
- Pad Kra Prao (Fried chicken basil)
(Chicken or tofu, garlic, fresh chilli, thai sweet basil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar)

- Pad Thai
(Chicken or tofu, noodles, garlic, shallots, salted radish, tamarind sauce, chives, tofu, egg)

- Larb (chicken/mushroom)
(Minced chicken or shimeji mushroom, lime juice, fish sauce, chilli flakes, palm sugar, spring onion, mint leaves, shallot, roasted rice)

Afterward, enjoy your delicious creations for lunch!
