You'll be making:
APPETIZER
Papaya Salad
(fresh green papaya, lime, fresh chili, garlic, long bean, cherry tomato, fish sauce , palm sugar)

Two Main dishes
- Pad Kra Prao (Fried chicken basil) with jasmine rice.
(Chicken or tofu for veg, garlic, fresh chilli, thai sweet basil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar)

- Pad Thai
(Chicken or tofu for veg, noodles, garlic, shallots, salted radish, tamarind sauce, chives, tofu, egg)

Fish sauce can be replaced with soy sauce for vegan and vegetarian.

Afterward, enjoy your delicious creations with others in community dining!

Total time of 2-2.5 hours. Depending on the no. of people
- First part: cooking
- Second part: communal dining.
