Come learn how to fill, fold, and cook off your own dumpling delights!


Love dumpling and want to make them at home?

Join us in this 3-hour hands-on dumpling class, where we’ll be learning the basics of wrapping Chinese dumplings and wontons!

We will then move on in learning learn how to pan fry the dumplings to crispy perfection. We will also show you how versatile Wontons can be, where we will enjoy them in deliciously spicy Sichuan sauce.

Better yet! Both of these are made with vegetarian fillings – Cabbage/Shiitake Mushroom, Spinach/Tofu or Butternut Squash/Edamame.

Last but not least, we will finish off with a traditional glutinous rice dumpling for dessert.
