Growing up on an island in Thailand and watching my father in the kitchen, gave me a passion for cooking that has stuck with me as I traversed continents and cultures. From those relaxing days in the sun, to the cafe scene in Melbourne and now onto the hurried city dining of Hong Kong.

Today, I enjoy bringing the traditional flavours of Thai street food, through a mix of traditional and modern techniques, to my family and friends, new and old.
